1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Nerja Paradise OS and any paid membership supplied by ASTEC PUBLISHING (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, buying a membership, or using the service, you agree to them.
2. Our service
Nerja Paradise OS provides digital property-planning tools, calculators, area guidance, downloadable reports, and AI-assisted recommendations. Property listings, prices, taxes, yields, licence information, travel rules, and other third-party data may change. The service is for general information only and is not legal, tax, financial, immigration, or investment advice.
You must verify important decisions with qualified professionals and the relevant property provider or authority. We do not guarantee a property’s availability, condition, profitability, or suitability.
3. Memberships and payment
Membership prices and billing periods are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Paddle.com Market Ltd or an affiliated Paddle entity is the Merchant of Record for purchases. Paddle processes payment, provides billing support, and may appear on your statement.
Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You retain access until that period ends.
4. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and only for personal or internal business research. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape or resell its content, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use outputs to mislead others.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping access to your email and account secure, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly through the site’s enquiry form if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Intellectual property
The service, software, brand, design, and original content are owned by or licensed to ASTEC PUBLISHING. Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your access remains valid. Property photographs and linked listing content remain the property of their respective providers.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, replace, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these terms, misuse the service, create a security risk, or fail to pay. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made from service information, third-party services or listings, lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss. Our total liability relating to a paid membership will not exceed the fees you paid for that membership during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing terms and contact
